Alyssa Booth, MA, LPC (she/her)

Are you ready to find peace in your mind and in your body?

Maybe your brain feels like it is constantly running and you cant seem to escape your mind. You might be constantly on edge and feel trapped in intrusive thoughts and memories. And it's hard to ever feel rested or relaxed

Maybe you’ve never felt good enough. No matter what you do, how much weight you lose, it never feels like enough. And you might feel broken and damaged.

Or you might be struggling because food is constantly on your mind. You wake up thinking about food, immediately stepping on the scale and feel stuck in a calorie counting hamster wheel. You feel completely out of control with food, hate how you look, and are aware you use food to cope with your feelings or avoid them altogether

If you relate to any of these scenarios, you are in the right place and you are not alone. I guide women who struggle with feeling stuck in a tangled web of disordered eating, low self image, relentless anxiety, and the lingering effects of trauma, build confidence, security, and excitement for their future.

I believe you deserve relief from the pain of your past, peace in your present life and hope for your future.

Hi, my name is Alyssa! As a licensed therapist with over a decade of clinical experience. I specialize in empowering women like you heal from food/body distress, past traumas, manage anxiety, and develop healthy coping skills. We'll address the root causes of your eating disorder, unravel the cycle of people-pleasing, and build resilience to manage overwhelming emotions. I want you to know that you are not a lost cause and you are not “too damaged” to feel the hope of healing and recovery.

You deserve a safe space to explore your inner strength and develop personalized skills to cultivate self-compassion, build healthy boundaries, and foster authentic relationships- with yourself and with others.

I Specialize in…

Anxiety

If you are ready to stop overthinking, overdoing, and striving for perfection, you're in the right place. I help individuals manage anxiety and find inner peace. Together, we'll develop tools for stress reduction and calm the nervous system so you’re not working on overdrive. You will feel empowered to take control of your anxious thoughts and reclaim your life.
