Paul is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families seeking support navigating life’s challenges. He works with both adolescents (13+) and adults. He has experience helping clients with a diverse range of issues including, but not limited to, eating disorders, addiction, anxiety, depression, grief and loss, self-esteem, and trauma.
Paul earned a bachelor’s degree from Texas Christian University and a Master of Arts in Couple and Family Therapy from Alliant International University in Irvine, CA. I Specialize in…
Eating Disorders
Eating disorders don’t always look the way people expect—and they don’t just affect women. I work with individuals who feel stuck in a cycle of control, guilt, and frustration around food, exercise, or how they see themselves. Whether it’s bingeing, restriction, compulsive habits, or shame around your body, we’ll get to the root of what’s really going on underneath. My approach is practical, nonjudgmental, and focused on helping you build a relationship with food and your body that actually works in real life—without all the pressure to “get it perfect.”
Family & Couples Therapy
Are you and your partner just not seeing eye to eye anymore?
Have you experienced a betrayal that’s shaken the foundation of your relationship?
Are you hoping your family can work through a really difficult life event?
As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, I understand just how much our relationships shape our overall well-being. Whether you're struggling with attachment, communication, or trying to heal from deeper wounds, I provide a safe space to work through the hard stuff. Together, we can rebuild trust, strengthen connection, and begin the process of repair—so your relationships feel more supportive, secure, and aligned.
Relational Trauma
I support clients in healing from painful past experiences that continue to impact their daily life, relationships, and sense of self. Whether you're navigating complex trauma, relational wounds, or emotional neglect, I provide a safe, grounding space to gently process your story and reconnect with your inner strength. Using a blend of evidence-based modalities and nervous system-informed care, I help clients move from survival mode to a place of empowerment, clarity, and deep healing.
Approach to Therapy
Paul’s approach to therapy is personalized to each client and may include elements of cognitive behavioral, internal family systems, mindfulness-based, humanistic, and existential approaches.
Paul believes that therapy should be accessible to everyone and is committed to meeting clients wherever they are to provide a safe, non-judgmental space for their journey to begin.
